The location was excellent, just 2 minutes walk from Tophane tram stop and near Mimar Sinan's 16th century mosque with many cafes and restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, the owner walked over to the taxi drop-off point to help find the hotel and took bags up to the room on the second floor.
