The hotel was clean, comfortable, and located in a great area close to Galata Tower and Galata Port. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to assist with arrangements, including handling overbooking issues. Rooms were modern, bright, and offered beautiful views of Galataport, the mosque, and the bridge. Transfers from and to the airport were organized by the hotel.
