The hotel was located in the lively Karakoy area close to Galataport and Istanbul Modern with a tramway stop nearby. The room was clean, nicely designed, and had all necessary amenities including a shoe cleaner. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Eren and Kenan at the check-in desk.
