Reception staff, especially Emre, Metin, and Kayra, were exceptional and very helpful. The hotel had spacious rooms with air conditioning, heating, a large bathroom, a safe, and excellent soundproofing. Check-out at 12 was convenient for luggage handling. The location was perfect near Galataport and Karaköy’s nightlife area with tram, bus, ferry stations nearby. Early check-in was allowed which helped after a long flight.
