The hotel featured a perfect location in the heart of historic Istanbul, close to main attractions and transport options. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained with very comfortable beds. Staff demonstrated professionalism, friendliness, and helpfulness throughout the stay. Breakfast offered an excellent variety to start busy days. Unique underground ruins were visible beneath glass flooring within the hotel itself.
