Helpful management with John, Seif and Tarek, and friendly staff at reception and kitchen were present. Pub crawl was organized by Mert and was very social with fun vibes. Breakfast had many options with coffee and tea served quickly. The location was excellent within walking distance of the Cistern, Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Galata Bridge, Bosphorus Ferries, and a metro station nearby. The rooftop bar had views of Hagia Sophia mosque. Staff carried bags up to the room in a separate building with stairs.
