Staff were very helpful and attentive, especially Celine and Selin who assisted with all queries. The Sophia suite had a well-sized bed, good pillows, a good duvet with a slightly small cover, good lighting overall, and the bathroom was well sized with non-slippy floor tiles. Breakfast was served as a varied buffet. Location was close to Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern, Galata Bridge, and the Bazaar within walking distance.
