Helpful staff, especially Sara and Mr Denis who arranged sightseeing trips and provided information, were very communicative. The room was huge, comfortable with a big terrace and a great shower but had no elevator so a low floor was recommended. Location was central near Taksim Square with many bars, restaurants, nightclubs and close to the metro. Breakfast was basic but included.
