The hotel was conveniently located near Taksim Square and Istiklal Street, with easy access to public transportation. The staff were consistently polite, friendly, and helpful, including specific members like Esat and Mustafa. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, with effective air conditioning that minimized outside noise despite nearby nightlife. A simple but good breakfast was provided on site.
