Close to Taksim, place felt safe, staff were respectful, and the area was clean. Coming from Iran, finding a good clean spot in Istanbul is tough. This place was picked carefully and ended up satisfying expectations. Sure, some things were missing but the way hotel staff treated guests made up for it.
