The accommodation offered spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds and excellent showers. The location was convenient, close to metro, ferry lines, bus stations, and numerous restaurants. Self check-in was easy, and an elevator facilitated luggage transport. Some apartments included balconies with views near cycling paths along the coast. Direct buses to both Istanbul airports were accessible from nearby stops.
