Exceptional hospitality from staff, especially Noyan, Taha, and Tarik who took great care of us and ensured taxis to the airport arrived on time with fixed prices. Breakfast was outstanding with a variety of high-quality food served on a rooftop terrace offering one of the best views of Istanbul. The room was perfect for rest with good pillows and quiet surroundings. The hotel was clean, modern, located within walking distance from Galata Tower, Karakoy waterfront, tram stations to Sultanahmet and Kabatas, and ferry to Kadikoy.
