The location was great, close to Galata Tower and Kardakoy Tram with many cafes and shops within walking distance. The room was comfortable, clean, spacious with a nice bed and juliette balconies that allowed fresh air and street sounds. The staff helped with check-in, finding taxis, spoke English, and stored luggage after checkout. Breakfast had good variety served on a terrace with beautiful views.
