We found the staff really helpful and good at English, and the room fit three of us comfortably with two double beds. The place was clean, towels were changed daily without us asking, and they gave us shampoo, body wash, and slippers. The location was great, close to the sea and within a 10-minute walk to main sights like the Blue Mosque and Topkapi Palace, with the tram and plenty of restaurants nearby, though it’s quite a tourist spot so some noise is expected, especially from the nearby mosque and street cleaning in the morning. Breakfast had all the basics, and they kindly held our luggage for free before our airport trip, making our stay at Eliza Hotel really good.
