The room was clean and comfortable, with excellent water temperature and shower flow. The staff were friendly, helpful, and polite throughout the stay. The location was convenient, close to public transport and many restaurants. Some rooms faced a busy street but quieter options were available at the back of the building. A spa facility provided relaxation after exploring Istanbul.
