Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, especially Mateen and Umut at the front desk. The location was excellent, close to Galata Tower, Istiklal Street, Galata Port, tram, bus, ferryboat and metro stations with easy walking distance to Taqseem street and the Grand Bazaar. Rooms were small but comfortable with sound-isolated windows for good sleep. Food at both restaurants was great.
