Friendly and extremely helpful owner washed clothes and allowed late checkout with an early arrival upgrade, the room was clean, had a balcony, good air conditioning, fridge, shower and toilet, free washer/dryer was in the lobby and luggage storage was available, location was very close to Taksim Square within 5-10 minutes walk but down the hill.
