Extremely friendly and helpful staff carried our suitcases to the room and offered water, coffee, or tea while cookies and a coffee machine were available downstairs. The hotel was new, very modern with a beautiful rooftop that had a great view. The room was brand new, perfectly clean but a bit small for a family of four with large luggage. The location was great close to the city center, old town, and Galata tower area though slightly uphill. The transfer service was well organized with an extremely comfortable car.
