The manager M. Arash was honest, caring, polite, and compassionate while the staff Yashar and Erkin were welcoming, friendly, and helpful with information about the city, the room had a good size kitchen area and the location was walking distance from Taksim Square and Esteghlal Street with easy access to restaurants, shops, and entertainment.
