The staff were very kind and helpful, especially Rami, Murat, and Ahmed who assisted my family and me. Free tea and water were available 24 hours a day at the reception which was very friendly. The bathroom was tiny but had a great shower, and the bed with cushions was super comfy. The location was excellent, very close to Istiklal Street with easy access to public transport to Fatih in 10 minutes by tram or 20 minutes on foot.
