Utku at reception was super friendly and incredibly helpful, Reza took care of us from the very first day, and the breakfast was delicious with a lot of food. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet despite concerns about noise. The location was perfect near Istiklal Street, Galata Tower, and close to tram and funicular stations. The staff organized car transport to and from the airport.
