The location was fantastic, under a 10 minute walk to the main square of Istanbul with access to the spa including sauna and steam for free. The staff had great smiles and were always ready to help, especially Seckin at the front desk, Darina and Tarik at the restaurant, Yusuf at guest services, and Erhan who was responsive in email exchanges. The breakfast was tasty with local foods as well as familiar ones.
