We stayed for a business trip but never got the invoice we were promised, which caused a lot of trouble since they said yes online but denied it in person or acted like they didn’t understand English. The room was clean and breakfast came to our door, but the cat smell was strong everywhere and the thin walls let us hear other guests early in the morning.
