Helpful staff, especially Ms. Nuriya at reception who organized an early breakfast on checkout day and was very cooperative, courteous, friendly and warm. The bathroom had a lot of hot water with clean big towels and strong heating that made the room warm. The location was near sightseeing areas like Aya Sophia, Cistern Bazilik, and Blue Mosque as well as Marmara Forum Shopping Mall.
