Exceptional service from Emre at reception was the highlight, as he was polite, professional, and helped with transportation to the airport. The hotel had a great location close to the Old Town, Mosque, Basilica Cistern, Agia Sofia, and metro. Rooms were clean with daily housekeeping and unlimited hot water supply.
