The staff were very helpful and kind, especially Cengiz and Mohammed who assisted with check-in and taxi arrangements. The breakfast was good with a huge variety including many protein options, and the rooftop restaurant had a fantastic view of the Old City with refined dishes. The rooms were clean, comfortable, warm, and housekeeping came every day to keep them spotless. The location was great, close to many attractions, the metro station, T1 tram stop, and bus stops within five minutes walking distance.
