Helpful staff, especially Emir and Umit who assisted from arrival and throughout the stay, made the check-in smooth with an early room preparation. The room was spacious and clean with daily housekeeping that provided complimentary water and fruits. Club lounge services included extra snacks like hot dishes, fruits, juice, coffee, tea, and soft drinks while the garden was nice for relaxing or having coffee. Feryal at the restaurant was always smiling and attentive to guests. The hotel was located in Umraniyeh on the Asian side of Istanbul which felt a bit far from most attractions on the European side but had good amenities overall.
