Professional and friendly staff surprised with a free upgrade to a beautiful duplex room, welcome fruit platter, and complimentary late check-out. The hotel had quiet, well-insulated rooms that were clean and comfortable with spacious corner options. Breakfast was good with a wide choice, although pastries were fresh only every other day. The location was perfect near Taksim Square and metro, on a flat street away from heavy traffic but close to Istiklal Street and bus stops.
