The hotel was located in the heart of Taksim, close to Istiklal Street and the Metro. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always smiling, including Juma, Erkan, Fatih, and Mariam. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-decorated with daily towel and bed sheet changes. Breakfast was delicious and varied with a buffet style. The area offered easy access to food stores, bakeries, pharmacies, and main walking streets.
