The location was excellent, just minutes from Taksim Square and the metro station. The staff provided friendly, helpful service and communicated well in English. Rooms were clean, newly decorated, and equipped with all necessary facilities. Breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. Spa facilities were relaxing and well-maintained during the stay.
