Exceptional staff, especially Turkan and Ayham at check-in, were helpful, warm, and professional. The room was spacious with a stunning view after an unexpected upgrade. Location was perfect near Taksim Square and close to metro and Havaist bus stop for the airport. Duygu organized dinner well and gave professional dish recommendations.
