Exceptional staff, especially Şefik, were kind, attentive, and helpful with a great sense of humor. The location was excellent, just steps from Galata Tower with many cafes and shops nearby. The room was comfortable and clean with a nice modern bathroom. Breakfast was served in a nearby restaurant facing Galata Tower with high-quality food and a beautiful view.
