The location was great and close to Galata Tower, metro, and tram stops with many attractions and cafes nearby. The staff at the reception and coffee bar were friendly and helpful while housekeeping did a great job keeping the room clean, tidy, and restocked with tea, water, and shampoos. The bed was comfortable with quality bedding and pillows. Breakfast had tasty options but was not buffet style and lacked quantity.
