The hotel was perfectly located in the heart of Galata, close to the Galata Tower and surrounded by lively streets. The staff were attentive, friendly, and provided excellent service, including organizing airport transfers and thoughtful surprises. Breakfast offered a wide selection of sweet and savory dishes served on a rooftop terrace with stunning views of Istanbul rooftops, the Golden Horn, and the Bosphorus. Rooms featured comfortable beds and beautiful views from higher floors accessible by lift. The historic building included an old-school charm with modern conveniences.
