Staff were professional, attentive, and helpful with early check-in and free room upgrade by Mr. Alpen, rooms had vaulted ceilings and marble bathrooms with good isolation from noise and smoke. The restaurant served very good food, the bathroom was great, and the location was perfect within 15 minutes walk to Topkapi, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, and Grand Bazaar.
