The hotel offered a spotless and well-maintained environment with tasteful decoration. The location was central, within walking distance of main historical sites and tram stops. Staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and helpful, providing free room upgrades and warm hospitality throughout the stay. Breakfast featured a wide variety of daily-changing options suitable for vegetarians. Evening tea and cookies were also provided by the reception team.
