Exceptional staff were incredibly helpful, well-trained, and polite with a very professional general manager, the breakfast was delicious with large portions of fresh, local Turkish dishes. The building was beautiful with a terrace offering stunning panoramic views of the Bosphorus and the location was unbeatable for walking to all sites and accessing public transport.
