The staff was consistently friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The location was excellent, within walking distance of major attractions in Sultanahmet. Rooms were clean, spacious, and offered lovely views of the Istanbul skyline from some windows and the rooftop bar. Breakfast was very good, and water and coffee were always available. Assistance with information and tips was provided by attentive personnel.
