The staff were friendly and helpful, with Emre, Omar, Hala, Omer, Davulat, and Enes going above and beyond to assist with directions, equipment for the room, luggage help, and local tips. The hotel was in a great location within walking distance to main attractions like Ayasofya and the Blue Mosque, the rooms were clean and comfortable with a fridge, sink, gas hob, spacious layout including a huge terrace for the King Suite.
