The hotel was located near the metro station, providing direct access to Istanbul airport and city center. The staff were attentive, courteous, and professional, with the front desk manager delivering exceptional customer service. Rooms on higher floors offered comfortable beds and good showers. The surrounding neighborhood included local restaurants, a fresh grocer, and ATMs from major banks. Breakfast met good standards during the stay.
