Helpful and friendly staff managed to arrange a taxi to the airport with a fair tariff and assisted with storing medicine in a deep freezer at another hotel. Breakfast was good, plentiful, and included delicious Turkish coffee and cookies. Rooms were clean, spacious, quiet with good noise isolation of the windows, and had refrigerators. The location was near metro and tram stations as well as multiple bus stops, close to stores, food places, train stations, and main attractions in Istanbul. Parking was available for cars.
