The hotel was well maintained and clean, with rooms that were not very big but nicely equipped. The location was excellent, close to major historic sites like The Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia, as well as near the train station. Breakfast offered a variety of homemade dishes served by friendly staff. Despite being centrally located, the rooms remained quiet when windows were closed. An elevator was available for luggage convenience.
