Helpful staff, especially Ridwan and team who assisted with ice packs and a wheelchair when needed, made the stay comfortable. The suites were spacious and clean with large fridge, microwave, big screen TV, basic cooking facilities, powerful AC in living space but only one unit per suite. The pool required swim caps for access which were available to purchase for 100TL, sauna and steam room were lovely and closed at 9pm. Laundry service was pricey but laundromat nearby was used instead. Parking lot was large and safe while public transport was easy to access from Zeytinburnu T1 station. The restaurant next door called Zeki Usta had fair prices and friendly owners, grocery store down the block stocked essentials.
