Helpful staff at reception, especially Mohamed and Mr. Erman, were very kind and went an extra mile to assist with tours and airport shuttle service, breakfast was good with a nice buffet, rooms were clean with daily cleaning service, and the shower was the best part of the stay, location was great, just minutes from Hagia Sophia, Sultan Ahmet (Blue Mosque), Grand Bazaar, tram stops, shops, and restaurants.
