The location was very central, just a 5-minute walk from Taksim Square and close to many points of interest like Galataport and Istiqlal. The building was modern, well renovated, and clean with spacious apartments. Security staff were friendly and helpful in the evenings. Convenience stores and supermarkets were located right outside the complex for easy access to fresh food. Some apartments featured garden access or safe parking for motorcycles in the garage.
