The staff was very friendly and especially Shido helped with ... a restaurant using her own credit card. The room was very clean and cozy with ultra comfortable beds and pillows, while breakfast had a great range of food, coffee, tea, and sweets. The location was perfect within walking distance to Sofia’s main attractions like the Grand Bazaar and Hagia Sofia.
