Great location, just a few steps to tramline. Easy access to Sultanahmet Square. Surroundings busy with restaurants, some noise at night but stops around 2 am. Staff very helpful, guided us during emergency, arranged taxi with clear price. Serkan and Umut very kind and welcoming. Room on first floor had two balconies without view, shower was good, air conditioning worked well in heat. Room cleaned daily, water provided twice a day, safe inside room. Felt safe and cared for during stay
