The hotel was located just minutes from major attractions and the tram station, providing easy access to the city. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to assist guests. Rooms were spotless with comfortable beds and good shower pressure. Breakfast offered a fresh variety of hot and cold dishes, including traditional Turkish options. Facilities included a lift for accessibility and daily housekeeping with towel replacement.
