The hotel was ideally situated in the old city, close to major attractions and public transport. The rooftop terrace offered spectacular views of Istanbul and a varied breakfast selection that introduced Turkish cuisine. Staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and quick to assist with check-in and departure arrangements. Rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable with strong showers. Two elevators enhanced convenience for guests.
