Very spacious and clean room on the 5th floor with a reliable lift was assigned, and the cat was playful and sociable. The staff, including Mr. Mehmet at reception, were very friendly, welcoming, and attentive to safety checks during check-in. The location was ideal-just minutes from Taksim Square, metro, buses, Havaist stop to Istanbul Airport, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets-and in a quiet local neighborhood away from tourist noise.
